Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.

- Less Salary - Less Hike - Less Bonus( i think in any job money factor should be better no matter how good the company culture is)

Likes

Pros.- 1. Good for those who are restarting their career/ have career gap/fresher who don't know which profile will suit them or people who required wfh job. 2. Its a non voice role. 3. Generally they hire for 6 months contract. During this time you can check yourself whether this role is working for you or not. 4. Shift changes in every 3 months but generally it is possible to swap with others.

Dislikes

Cons.- 1. Highly underpaid job. 2. Salary range is 3-4. No matter what is your last drawn salary, you will be paid according to their range. For ex. a person having 3 years of experience will get maximum 4. 3. Its a contractual job, so some people become permanent after the initial 6 months contract/for some your contract may extend on 3 months basis every time on the same initial pay/ for some their contract ends no matter how good you are performing. 4. Internally, there is an environment that getting converted from FTC to FTE is like a big achievement/honour but its a bubble. Your salary will increase like miniscule and no other major benefits. 5. Bad Salary hike/ promotion. 6. Don't stuck here for more than 2 years if you don't find any upgrade. Not worth it. 7. So much of pressure on doing OT/ET (paid). Although, doing overtime is a voluntary thing but you are expected to do.(unofficially mandatory) 8. Now every time is a peak season so you don't have any sort of activities. You feel like robotic for working 10-11 hrs. Continuously everyday. 9. Nowadays they started pinging you not just on official group but personally as well on your weekoffs for doing ET. Intruding employees personal life. 10. Some of the mentors during ramp were worst. They made people cried with their rude and unprofessional language. No one wants such kind of traumatic experience in their first job. 11. They have set unrealistic targets in terms of work. Do your best, work hard, learn but don't bother much. 12. Don't be in an illusion that you will get your desired role in the company though IJP.

Low pay ,low hike,rude managers (my manger don't have basic ethics while speaking jungli from North )with too much micro management. Work is way too high you even don't get 5 min to talk with your colleagues for any work related doubts as well. Your performance report is shared with entire team and humiliated in writings.
