The work hours are worst. Work life balance is almost null in operations. Apart from this, it doesn't matter how many years of experience you have, they will consider the current experience while making any decision for promotion. No team outings are planned.

Nothing. The management right now in Amazon Retail is pathetic. They will deduct ur salary, stop ur promotions, stop the goodies, wont give u any work, will through u to any random team without caring about ur career growth. Dont waste ur time and future.

I have been with Amazon right after I graduated in 2019. This has been an amazing journey for me and being extremely honest, I never have thought of changing my organisation till now.

The salary for a few departments may be a little lower but then on that is also dependant on the role and level some one is joining.
