WLB is sick, working 12+ hours is very normal Doesn't focus on innovation and correctness, just do the work as fast as possible Constant pressure of stack ranking with peers, 6-10% low performer is always fired

The salary structure is good.

Dislikes

You wont get any appreciation even if you work day and night. They expect 200% out of you and even if you give your 200%, you won't get any appreciation because that is what is expected. If you are performing good, that is average according to them and you will always be told to raise the bar. Job security is very less. But it always depends on the team.

The office is great and you have best in industry compensation.

Dislikes

Worst work life balance. The managers have to ask you to work at least 10 hrs a day and the work 12. Your performance is measured against the team so if everyone is working 12 hours and you can work 8 you will always be the bottom performer. Promotions are project based so if your.projects gets halted for any reason not you own so does your promotion.

...team to team. 2. Lot of work and no work-life balance. 3. No perks and benefits. Apart from your salary and bonus, no free-food, no free-gym, nothing. You just get sodexo-coupons around Rs. 1100 for a month which will end in 10 days.

No promotions, Less Salary, You can't negotiate, It's a part of Custom Support Functions hence no one care if you're getting less salary either work or leave. You'll get same salary as a non-technical person.
