The promotion of negative behavior among colleagues is encouraged, given that performance evaluations hinge not on assessments from superiors, but rather on appraisals from fellow employees, who concurrently serve as competitors.

...t place to work but things have changed now completely. Too much work pressure. Cost cutting.

There is no personal life left after 10 hour shift. Rotating shift every week deprives you of sleep and health goes for a toss. Join corporate amazon, but no FC or sort centre if you want a happy life.

Job security is really 5 stars because at time of covid Amazon didn't layoff or didn't cut the salary.

They could have improve the benifits of food either by increasing the food card amount or by providing free food.

Leave policies are so great. Employees are entitled to n times of Covid leaves. For eg:- If one is positive 3 times, then they are entitled to 14 days' leave each time they had covid. This is so far the best policy in the entire industry.

Salary is low as compared to other companies, but work-life balance is great.
