Amazon is a MNC Brand with alot of Innovation and Learning involved. Work environment is pretty good with open to door policy for any concerns. You get a chance to interact eith so many global + regional sellers (Brands) and celebrities which will help you long term. Amazon maintains the standard and bar while hiring. Amazon helps to build a leadership skills. Lucky to be a part if this organisation.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. There are too many ad-hoc changes in the process, anytime in the middle of the year targets are revised.

Salary is good according to market standards.

Dislikes

There is no personal life left after 10 hour shift. Rotating shift every week deprives you of sleep and health goes for a toss. Join corporate amazon, but no FC or sort centre if you want a happy life.
