I like most is that there was a culture and a proper system which helps us to improve our skills.....the management was so awsome.

There was nothing to learn on third pay roll as it seems that you cant use your brain. Just you dont have to express yourself and all the credit must go to the senior.

It's is a school bench for beginners. We can learn team management, fast working, handling metrics, learning different kinds of minds, smart working methods, Good culture of safety,getting new ideas in work environment, feel free HRBP.

...ends on your teammates. Even there is not any place without politics now a days. When come to salary, It depends on your level. Amazon gives important to new ideas from ground level. Some times it will show more impact on critics. Work -life balance no words !!!

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.
