You can work from anywhere. Be it cafeteria, different floor, gaming room, etc They provide transportation allowance of 4k if choose to opt out of cab service. Work life balance is there. Not that great. But manageable still.

My manager was good.. Healthy communication and work-life balance in starting but soon it started to deteriorate.

They started calling everyone back to office despite the fact that many of the work don't require to be present in office and as salary for some employees is very less .. so to live in a new state with minimal salary is not that good.
