I have just given the interview and it was such a bad experience. Waited for 6hrs for one round of interview and after getting through they rejected me sayin I have discussed salary. Where I have not signed any NDA. They are sayin I have done breach where towards the end they were saying 130 employees required before Nov end so jisko jisko Thoda English ata h ghusa Lo. And we are outsiders candidate who came for an interview what kind of impression they r creating? I currently work for a top bank and while discussing salary they kept bragging sayin u r goin to join "The amazon". HR asked me to think n come back in 5mins if m OK with the salary they were offerin which was 10% hike of my current salary after 5 mins when I came back he first asked me what is my decision when I said I will join then he said they cannot proceed with my candidature. Imagine askin me n then telling me tht they cant proceed. Have no idea what was tht. Very dissapointed. I used to think one of the coolest workplace with coolest ppl around but seeing the HR dint seem so.

Dislikes

There is no personal life left after 10 hour shift. Rotating shift every week deprives you of sleep and health goes for a toss. Join corporate amazon, but no FC or sort centre if you want a happy life.
