Things which are good in Amazon. First is salary will be always credit on time. Managers are supportive. There is also growth in Amazon in that you can apply for IJP so that you can be promoted to higher level.

Dislikes

There is pressure because it is a U.S process and there is mostly night shift. So you have to work more to achieve your score. Transport system is also not good. Only 1 side cab is provided by the company. Cafeteria don't serve food upto the mark but food is average.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Pay is good for freshers and a good place to start your career.

Dislikes

Lack of career growth, no skill development opportunities. Only way to get promotion is by doing a minimum of 4 projects/process improvements. No recognition for the smaller teams and its members.

No work life balance. Work process is very unclear and it is only expected that associates have to apologize to the customers multiple times on a call to get a yes , even the idea of this is absurd

Sometimes offer flexibility but depends on the management you are under.

...t place to work but things have changed now completely. Too much work pressure. Cost cutting.
