Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. Work is good but we don't have a sufficient transportation services.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Just the salary comes on time.

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.

Everything is perfect. The culture is very good. You will love to work in this company.

...eadership should think about the employees who work hard before laying them off. But still it's a part of cost cutting which happens everywhere.
