most IITian and settled folks punishing, abusing non IITian and its quite widespread culture inside. In amwzon we do like thia and not that way..we are true amazonian, etc its like they are marsian abusing earthian. And you would hear even after best performance and sincerity, threatening of layoffs and misuse of amazon 14 principles..
