The management is very partial and we don't have any learning. The HR doesn't involve in any of the sessions unless it is an escalation. The people who are leaving no one ask the reason.

Its all depends on how is your manager and which team you are engaged with. Your direct manager can make it or break it and firget about work life balance as maximum people work for more than 12 hrs a day and they promote this culture. HR inholvement is zero

... make or break trigger. There is no hand-off culture and no on the job training. You are expected to work for 4 as they pay you higher

Leave policies are so great. Employees are entitled to n times of Covid leaves. For eg:- If one is positive 3 times, then they are entitled to 14 days' leave each time they had covid. This is so far the best policy in the entire industry.

Internship hunting was tough. I applied everywhere. Naukri, Indeed, career pages… and most of the time? SILENCE.
