...any does not have the scope of role at the next level. Hence, can't promote you. You may get stuck at the same salary for years if you are at earning the maximum at your level. Dedicated and high performing employees lose motivation at work and that spoils the overall experience of the employee.

The pay and perks are good, benefits like insurance could be better.

My vertical’s environment got toxic over a period of three years and nobody wants to do anything about it. Don’t know about the other verticals at Amazon.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.
