Except the Compensation nothing else is good,

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company

People, opportunity to learn and get visibility on other departments

Dislikes

Salary compensation, they trick you in terms of giving joining bonus, though once it is over it does get compensated with appraisal but in reality you will take home same for straight 3 years and then it will reduce.

Great learning opportunities with excellent compensation.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is missing, HR is non-existent and office politics is worse than anywhere else. The top leadership is abusive and cares little for employees.

Pay was good and benefits were good

Management was horrible they wanted the work to be done but as a people manager we could not tell the team to work on anything. Meeting were scheduled randomly at any time convenient to them it could be midnight or early morning out of the regular work timings. This happened many times

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good appraisalsare fair and they give good salery hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics andthe managment doesn't address our issuessalary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees
