...ensation and salary it too limited and growth rate according to work is too low. Work pressure is too high not justified as per salary package ..my mean salary is low as per work profile. Growth level is too slow.

... long working hours. Frequent meetings that fail to deliver practical solutions. Discrepancies in pay, leading to dissatisfaction. Low increment

Amazon culture is good and previously it used to provide multiple opportunities for everyone.

Salary is stangent. Freshers salary has not increased in the last 10 years. No benefits of meals. No learning, growth opportunities

Changes in management had made ppl worse, Ppl are hired without the required skill sets. Ppl from Call Center are being hired for HR operations. Employees had good perspective about the company before Covid and but after moving to WFH changed due to hiring unskilled staffs into management and on top work security is very bad.
