There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

I think I like the way company teaches you think and do invest a lot in you . They always encourage you to be updated and will give you that comfort that you can enjoy.

... is no job security at the work place. But there is lot of work discrimination .groupism is prevelant at work place dont expect much about your growth since company is at cost cutting and it is increasing stress day by day every day on employees.

The only thing good here is salary and other perks are better than other companies

Very strict login timings. 10hrs shift making no sense of 5day work week. Internal politics in promotions. It is based on tenure and not on the amount of work you are doing

Pramotion are totally dependent on reletion with top leadership. The people who don't have knowledge about your field are responsible for deciding about your growth.

Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. Most importantly when parent had heart attack. They discuss about policies. 1st day I was told not to talk with anyone at workplace. They do micro-micro management. I guess this process managers are worst.
