...working as customer service associate since 4-5 years as well with no increment. You don't have incentives and bonus as well only once a year. They expect you to take 90 calls a day and breaks when they ask you to take break. You can't even take break according to your own wish. If you have no ambitions in life, this job is for you.

...transparent .there is a huge cefeteriya and gaming arcade for chilling company .good apprAisals are fair and they give good salary.good bonus every year.good company.give the good product.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is deci but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 4 year before which you cannot reding .on the job training is not given any to new joinees.

Very strict login timings. 10hrs shift making no sense of 5day work week. Internal politics in promotions. It is based on tenure and not on the amount of work you are doing

Pramotion are totally dependent on reletion with top leadership. The people who don't have knowledge about your field are responsible for deciding about your growth.

Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. Most importantly when parent had heart attack. They discuss about policies. 1st day I was told not to talk with anyone at workplace. They do micro-micro management. I guess this process managers are worst.
