...ally blessed to work in Amazon... It is this pandemic that has opened my eyes .. the time where people are suffering and fearing of loss of job , Salary cut and many more Amazon has given compensation to their employees not once but twice.. and trust me its not a small amount... At the same time promotions career growth all are at its best .. also WFH from the beginning of the pandemic only so that people can be safe and work comfortably from home. Also they are giving medical help for employees who are diagnosed with Covid I really thank Amazon for all the support given during this time..

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.
