Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

No work life balance. Work process is very unclear and it is only expected that associates have to apologize to the customers multiple times on a call to get a yes , even the idea of this is absurd

...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decany but career growth is slow. There is a bond of2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

Job security is really 5 stars because at time of covid Amazon didn't layoff or didn't cut the salary.

They could have improve the benifits of food either by increasing the food card amount or by providing free food.

... to join the department called 'CMT', which is a great barrier to your carrer. After my 2 years of experience here I dont have career growth and salary as well, They have there own policy of promotion called EDC where you need to clear exams then you will be promoted, Even if you perform well there is no transperancy of the results, You just have to belive the words said by your manager. They promote the person who is close to them which is so called as Nepotism. They even do not entertain us to apply for internal job posting which is provided by the company but not by the managers of this Dept. Even though the performance is at the top, your promotion depends on your manager. So I would recommend to take feedback by the employees on this department and take a step ahead. As I know 55-60% (around 2000 associates) of the associates are facing this issue in this Dept
