...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management does,t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This is a place for people to work and excel . The foundation of this company is its Leadership Principle which forms the culture. High energy place where action is rewarded. Not a place for time pass.

Overall I like amazon but when it comes to job security question mark only highly performing people's stay there.

What I hate there Contract is safe for company cost cut at the same time company has to consider performing and intrested employee for permanent role.
