Too much of work pressure with politics, salary will be low for particular roles, didnt get chance to learn new skills, they will dump with what we are doing.. reaching to next level is difficult

Salary they provide was good but no hike was provided.Politics plays a major role. The person who is working hard will not get any benefits.

...t place to work but things have changed now completely. Too much work pressure. Cost cutting.

My manager was good.. Healthy communication and work-life balance in starting but soon it started to deteriorate.

They started calling everyone back to office despite the fact that many of the work don't require to be present in office and as salary for some employees is very less .. so to live in a new state with minimal salary is not that good.
