Job is good. Good salary good timing less work time... Can earn good income but their is no carrer growth.. experience is not useful anywhere.. this job doesn't have any respect anywhere..it is the only to earn good income with hard work... But every hard work it pays..... Amazon is the best company I love to work for Amazon in higher post... They treat everyone equal, they pay respect towards delivery boy... They maintain discipline ..perfect timing. Priority is equal for all. I love to work for Amazon.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Except the Compensation nothing else is good,

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company

Salary compensation, they trick you in terms of giving joining bonus, though once it is over it does get compensated with appraisal but in reality you will take home same for straight 3 years and then it will reduce.

No work life balance as you may get office emergency at any time. Low career growth opportunities and high level of bias in promotions. Work like robot or you are out!!
