It's not bad like everyone mentions. Good culture, it depends on team to team tho. No micro-management. Opportunities are open. You'll have a say in ideas if your manager is good listener. Overall good experience.

Average pay. Limited tools to do things. Immediate means at least 2 days here.

working in amazon is stress free and as well as it is good in terms of salary. It provides good facilities and comfortable working environment to the employees. There is career growth as well.

There is more politics in amazon as compared to other organization i feel. There is favouritism as well from higher authority. One needs to be part of corporate politics for achieving career growth in shorter time.
