Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. Most importantly when parent had heart attack. They discuss about policies. 1st day I was told not to talk with anyone at workplace. They do micro-micro management. I guess this process managers are worst.

Every day is a new day with challenges which keeps us on toes always.

...ssion, also too much focused on transactional work. Less reward and recognition. Pay package needs revaluation as it remains same for 4 years once you join irrespective of expected performance.

Sometimes offer flexibility but depends on the management you are under.

...t place to work but things have changed now completely. Too much work pressure. Cost cutting.

Its all depends on how is your manager and which team you are engaged with. Your direct manager can make it or break it and firget about work life balance as maximum people work for more than 12 hrs a day and they promote this culture. HR inholvement is zero

... make or break trigger. There is no hand-off culture and no on the job training. You are expected to work for 4 as they pay you higher

Leave policies are so great. Employees are entitled to n times of Covid leaves. For eg:- If one is positive 3 times, then they are entitled to 14 days' leave each time they had covid. This is so far the best policy in the entire industry.

Dislikes

Salary is low as compared to other companies, but work-life balance is great.
