...zon is the work life balance, office infrastructure, and liberal leave policies. Compensation is average. Also shift timings are flexible which is good. 9 hours everyday is not mandatory.

Dislikes

Growth is extremely slow. Managers play favorites nd promote people they want. Compensation is also something they must look into.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Pay is good for freshers and a good place to start your career.

Dislikes

Lack of career growth, no skill development opportunities. Only way to get promotion is by doing a minimum of 4 projects/process improvements. No recognition for the smaller teams and its members.

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company
