I don't recommend anybody for this post as a fresher. no skill development and literally terrible work- life balance which has no satisfaction in compensation. We work a lot more than shift timings, no proper leave allocations. very stressful life. I don't want anyone to suffer in this job. This created both serious long-term physical and mental illness for me and I'm still suffering. Many are quitting the job within 1yr of joining. Understand and try some other jobs that didn't have quality metrics, Productivity goals, critical SLA with HUGE SOPs 🙏😭

... sanctions during sept to feb because of peak season. Purely very stressful job. Overall 1/5 for this job because they have given us salary every month even during pandemic.

...rom home access straight till Oct so as to avoid traveling and getting effected. Even providing compensation for Covid care and internet access at home. Excellent work culture and well versed manager and colleagues.

Dislikes

There are loopholes in the system and the legal team has no right to defame anyone when they have no proof. Post excess hiring, they fire staff with inappropriate reasons.

...y liked to work over there. All of the Teammates were helpful except one or two. My salary was 3.20lacs and I have gotten many gift cards as appraisals. And certificate for performer of the month .

Everything was perfect with my previous job profile at Amazon.com , teammates?check, salary? good, transportation? Amazing, canteen ? Good.

The profile was something irrelevant to my education background and the varying shift hours had me worried about my health !

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.
