Fresh Prints
Hello, I received an offer from Fresh Prints for the role of Inside Sales Associate. However, when I review the job role and the company in general, the reviews are bothersome. Reviews of people getting fired without proper rhyme and reason. There are also reviews about micromanagement and concerning actions from the leadership. All these reviews are making me wonder if I should take the offer. While the pay is vastly higher in comparison to my current one but I do not want to be stuck in a toxic workplace. If there are any current employees in the role, please share your views and your experience.

The entry salary is better than it's competitors

Dislikes

Amazon currently has no vision how to move forward. The leadership is clueless on what to bring in, they living far away from reality...in a market that's fast changing they expect teams to find out answers on why the sky is blue. One obvious answer is its already been proved that sky is blue by multiple physicist but they will ask it has to be proved by amazon way of doing it thus creating redundant work. I truly doubt how the leadership can be so naive in their thinking process, they don't even use their products themselves which is one main reason why they need surveys to understand their own app and it's flaws.

Dislikes

There is no personal life left after 10 hour shift. Rotating shift every week deprives you of sleep and health goes for a toss. Join corporate amazon, but no FC or sort centre if you want a happy life.
