Nothing much to like about the Job except the salary is good compared to the work that is being done. I worked for CMT 3P Team, There are different verticals within the Team, but being a Level 2 Associate in the team is a complete waste of time, not just because the work doesn't offer any opportunity to learn and grow but, since the work is to a large extent is very monotonous in nature. The managers not all but most of them are not very much knowledgeable, some of them are also scared of rational ideas presented by associates to improve the process, while few are open to those idea but cannot proceed on implementing them as they lack the core knowledge of it. If anyone is getting an offer from CMT team specially in 3P, better find some challenging Job at a startup which will pay you the same amount of money and you will gain more knowledge, and you will be able to grow more in a year than you could do in CMT for next 6 years.

Not 100% job security, if they focus on providing permanent job then there is no competition for Amazon

It has good culture and environment All the managers all helpful we don't feel like we are working because of all the good people there And no stress

On time salary as i have worked in go ai operations on contractual basis so i can't say about promotions coming to salary part its not great but yeah average

Too much unnecessary targets for the salary we get , micromanagement by managers . No carrer development in operations so better think before joining

I work as a customer service associate at Amazon....they have unreasonable expectation n goal set for us and the parameters that has to be maintained keeps on increasing ..... And it's a hell of a task for us to ask for any kinda leave....we are never trusted when we aks for sick leave, we are questioned as if we have committed some kinda crime. I have heard that other customer service support teams are good to work with...it's only vcsblr team that's pressurizing it's associates....
