There is no personal life left after 10 hour shift. Rotating shift every week deprives you of sleep and health goes for a toss. Join corporate amazon, but no FC or sort centre if you want a happy life.

Hi All, I am pretty much confused I need your valuable suggestion. I have 2 offers in hand one from Amazon L4 another from pwc Team lead senior associate. Both of them offer the same compensation but variable pay is more on Amazon. Which offer I should choose and go ahead with please suggest. Current CTC 6.0 LPA and offer received details below- 1.
