Dislike . Not giving salary properly. Making fraud to people. Not giving salary properly. Only showing festival season and not giving salary properly

Form Queess also not responding for salary problem and form HR also Not responding properly. To whom to contact. My salary not giving properly. Whole day was coming to company. This type of festival pick giving to employee . Form morning I m contact to both side. Know responding properly. From Both side making fraud to employee.

Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. Most importantly when parent had heart attack. They discuss about policies. 1st day I was told not to talk with anyone at workplace. They do micro-micro management. I guess this process managers are worst.

Worst winter, rainy, or summer session issues; management does not care, only focusing on package clearing by the date.

Dislikes

...increasing salaries for seven to eight years, even for new employees, is unfair. We have discussed salary increases with management, but they are not listening. The minimum acceptable salary is 10,000 per month. If targets are not met, the company will deduct 10 rupees per package. The company owner runs over 20 branches, but management refuses to increase salaries, focusing only on expansion. This is harming employees.

Not 100% job security, if they focus on providing permanent job then there is no competition for Amazon
