Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

No work life balance. Work process is very unclear and it is only expected that associates have to apologize to the customers multiple times on a call to get a yes , even the idea of this is absurd

Sometimes offer flexibility but depends on the management you are under.

...t place to work but things have changed now completely. Too much work pressure. Cost cutting.

...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decany but career growth is slow. There is a bond of2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

Leave policies are so great. Employees are entitled to n times of Covid leaves. For eg:- If one is positive 3 times, then they are entitled to 14 days' leave each time they had covid. This is so far the best policy in the entire industry.

Dislikes

Salary is low as compared to other companies, but work-life balance is great.
