Amazon's level 2 role has a contract period of 6 months and the conversion to full time employee is based on the performance of the candidate. If a person performs well and meets his targets with accuracy, amazon surely considers that person. I really like the work culture of amazon because amazon not only focuses on the work, rather it even indulges into various aspects such as health, fun activities etc. Company has very nice leave policy. It has 16 annual leaves, 12 casual leaves, 12 optional leaves, 12 sick leaves per annum. If a person wants to work overtime or night shifts, overtime amount is also paid. Overall I would suggest you to choose amazon as your career because it contributes to your professional growth.

Compensation is a bit low for freshers and work pressure is high sometimes.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the manegement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the manegement doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not giving to new joinees.

I did like lead the team and maintain the work and achieve my target and safety department was so good and h. r. So good , care the candidates. My 1 max year overall experienced with Amazon very nice . Compony policies was good, apparaisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
