It lacks adequate work-life balance, necessitating the review of emails even late at night due to the centralized control from Seattle, which operates during typical sleep hours. The implementation of a somewhat arbitrary 14-point policy is noticeable, selectively enforced based on convenience. The quality of group meetings is subpar. The promotion of negative behavior among colleagues is encouraged, given that performance evaluations hinge not on assessments from superiors, but rather on appraisals from fellow employees, who concurrently serve as competitors.

Leave policies are so great. Employees are entitled to n times of Covid leaves. For eg:- If one is positive 3 times, then they are entitled to 14 days' leave each time they had covid. This is so far the best policy in the entire industry.

Hello, I received an offer from Fresh Prints for the role of Inside Sales Associate. However, when I review the job role and the company in general, the reviews are bothersome. Reviews of people getting fired without proper rhyme and reason. There are also reviews about micromanagement and concerning actions from the leadership.
