Un wanted fuss by managers over petty things irrelevant to the performance or the projects.

My team, Team managers are the best people here at Amazon. A few other things are also good like the leaves, Job security, and the motivation we get to work.

Very much not good. Teammates are supportive but boss treat like dog . Company policy are good

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn't address our issues.salary is different but career growth is slow.
