Leadership. The worst part of Amazon. No vision, every leader running to achieve his own targets. No one thinks about the company's common Goal. Zero customer experience. Pathetic services. Only metric driven company. Too much harrassment for the employees. Cost cutting - Every leader see's cost in associates and employees. While they themselves visit every now and then from one city to another in the name of site visits and spend lacs of company's money which they think is not the cost. This has now become a titanic half hanged under and half above the sea, drowning slowly. No vision at all. Only personal targets and achievements.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Just the salary comes on time.

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.

Amazon is an employee friendly company with good salary for freshers. They have good leave policies as well.

Dislikes

For virtual employees working from the said location and not anywhere in India sounds weird. Also, discontinuing virtual opportunities.

...mpany to work with around the world. Piers are very very supportive and helpful. Growth opportunities are awesome and apart from salary there are many perks given to employees time to time.
