Drastic changes as management changed. Hiring people on very low wages and laying off experienced one strategically with good pay. Introducing Unrealistic benchmarks everyday , no work life balance or job security. They mold the data to throw one out of the company.

Sometimes offer flexibility but depends on the management you are under.

...t place to work but things have changed now completely. Too much work pressure. Cost cutting.

Leave policies are so great. Employees are entitled to n times of Covid leaves. For eg:- If one is positive 3 times, then they are entitled to 14 days' leave each time they had covid. This is so far the best policy in the entire industry.

Salary is low as compared to other companies, but work-life balance is great.

Amazon is one of the best companies to work for, which provides you with best in class compensation, work life balance, work environment, management support. During COVID-19 situation, WFH has been issued till mid of January 2021, and even after that they have advised to only commute if possible to the office, along with that they are giving perks of office furniture reimbursement, internet reimbursement, without deducing the normal perks defined like food allowance.

... as it offers the best flexible environment which any newcomer would aspire for. Their pay, compensation, insurance,food card benefits are unparalleled and the work atmosphere with one's peers and Managers too is congenial. The work life balance and commutation facilities deserve special mention, I would say.

Dislikes

Career growth especially for Language experts and Associates is very limited due to its vast size and employee volume. Given a span of 2 3 years one would find themselves operating within the same monotonous limits from where they started.
