Compensation Is Decent , But Growth Is Also Faster. The Work Pressure Is Also Too Low. Sometimes , I Have To Work 14-18hrs Straight In A Day. Also , There Is No On-Job Training For Freshers , Hence Senior Folks Like Me Have To Guide Them Step By Step Which Is Pain Sometimes

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Contractual job bulk hire only to insult the people in need and barely pays anything, people here are worst and care least about new employees because they know very well they will be kicking you out in 2-3 months itself. NO JOB SECURITY OR PAY. I HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND WAS OFFERED 2.89 LPA ONLY . Worst , please avoid joining this company , bigger the name worst it is.

Everything is bad the whole name Amazon is of no use , they only degrade indians and employees they bring in as contractual ones .

Nothing the management was so bad and so does the process. The tool AC3 Is full of @hit and they did not work to update it and we had to endure all the bugs and glitches of a tool that is in its beginning phase and helping customers of Amazon hope foreigners see this and complain to amazon
