Amazon used to provide a very good working culture and work life balance Used to provide multiple opportunities to develop skills.

Dislikes

The culture in Amazon has changed it has moved to a more cost cutting and micro management kind of environment which is adding too much pressure to employees and disturbing there work life balance

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Dislikes

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Just the salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.
