Work life balance, I strickly don't recomened working for US/Cannada marketplace since the shift timing will be 3 PM to 12 PM but you will never be able to finish your work without extending till 2 AM.

Salary on time You can learn many tools Easily can jump vertical if you don't like the current role

Work life balance is bad , you can be called during weekends also Managers are useless they do not understand anything about the job role and you have to do their work also

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

No work life balance. Work process is very unclear and it is only expected that associates have to apologize to the customers multiple times on a call to get a yes , even the idea of this is absurd

...ssion, also too much focused on transactional work. Less reward and recognition. Pay package needs revaluation as it remains same for 4 years once you join irrespective of expected performance.
