The promotion of negative behavior among colleagues is encouraged, given that performance evaluations hinge not on assessments from superiors, but rather on appraisals from fellow employees, who concurrently serve as competitors.

Good work environment and company policies are good, and they give good salary and I'm so excited to join in this company

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.

...eadership should think about the employees who work hard before laying them off. But still it's a part of cost cutting which happens everywhere.
