Absolutely NOTHING. This particular team of Prime Video Technology X-Ray is one of WORST, within the entire Prime Video org. Unless you are determined to kill yourself, NEVER join THIS SPECIFIC org.

...crew you at all times, the higher management couldn't care less about this team. You will not get any bonus or hampers of occasions as it is a mandatory for all orgsnat least in PV, but the higher management does not approve anything for this team. Immaculate work pressure and you literally have to tolerate chronical verbal abuse by your lead and manager, for no apparent reason. Trust me, I have never regretted joining a team as much as this one.

Hi team Good work and culture. Teammates are supportive and management. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Salary is okk but growth is very slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .and the training is not given to new joinees.

1. The managers or the manager I worked under has been very biast harasses me if my scores are low.. Harrases saying just leave the job why are you here or I know your the o Soul earner of your family so I feel bad you will be thrown out The team I was in made fun of my dressing style my piercing they used to have a sprate call to talk about my piercing I was judged made fun of and when I was dpressed about this and told my manager his right hand was the one who did all this he started treating me like shit he used to be nice with all my other team mates but me in stuck here he does not motivate me hut keeps putting on plans so I get thrown out of the job he has just been horrible I'm here for three years please join any other process but prime video.. Cuz mayb other amz process have good managers... I'm writing this to save anyone so they don't go through this mental Trochure you know when your the only on earning at home and have to hear this on a daily basis your judged on what you wear made fun of by your peers and there is no one to do anything and your manager is also not with you to support you
