...al area Deoria, and there i faced lot of heath issue in this pendemic situation. Then i asked the HR to relocate me i am ready to take salary cut as well vut he denied and asked me to try for fee days you will get settle. But now i put my resignation and he accepted and now my heath is totally disrupted and my mental health as well, consulting with Psychologists. This is what i have faced, and i thought amazon is such a big brand they might be having some exception to relocate but NO. The HR accepted resignation easily. I was not expecting this.

The process is quite good but HR ais jot supportive, there might be some exception for relocation but he denied to offer me anythinh even knowing about the location i have been offered and the heath issue i had faced at that location.

... where u learn many things, we can clearly observe dignity of labour in Amazon The salaries are amazing with good incentives , I think no other company will pay such a good salary for a lowest employee in the company

Maybe there are nothing to dislike in Amazon, everything is good, we will definitely likes the amazon culture

...every thing is not done as per company policy, there are also impact of peoples. But in terms of salary and other facilities Amazon is at top as per my journey.

The culture of targetting one person by searching loopholes in Amazon policy and thorough the employees out side the organisation by HR Team and SLP Team to show their work, even there are so many big unethical things happening in network but they targetting the honest and simple employee on their little mistakes.
