Only the salary compared to other companies is "ok" not a huge difference but a very slightly better.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

They asked us to select permanent wfh or wfo. People from different "States" selected permanent work from home after which they are now asking to move to Karnataka state only to work from home from there. Total torture and stupidity. Answer to why they are doing this is "business requirements" when asked. One more thing, if you have a bad imune system, you must not work at Amazon as you cannot seek promotion or any sought of growth or good apraisal being in Amazon as if you become sick, you will need sick leave. If you take sick leave, they call it UPL(Unplanned leave). If you take UPL, you are not even eligible for any interviews for internal promotions.

...t Interview to retain or know reason for leave or discuss about settlement pay. Punish Exited Employee with about a month salary to refund in order to issue relieving letter. Play with your career and dream and make you mentally sick by sending job opportunity and send regret mail even if you clear the initial test.

Initial package was good but there will be no hikes and completely based upon quality score which is done in biased manner

Dislikes

The worst they just use the efforts of employee in return they don’t even provide you conversion to full time internal politics no empathy no leaves
