The leadership consists of professionals and a hierarchy is followed in every department. The workload is not overwhelming, it only gets stressful during the Christmas period holiday(Beginning from Halloween till New Year's Eve). You will enjoy medical benefits, a collaborative HR team, and cooperative group managers.

...ut on-site employees, which hinders employees from interacting among themselves. Work pressure doesn't match the salary often. Incentives to take up a temporary role aren't appealing enough.

Great colleagues and good infrastructure.

The work is too monotonous. Growth is too slow and salary is also sub par especially in GCO. You won't learn anything from this job for your career development. After sometime, you might start feeling that 'What am I doing with my life'? The moment you get this realization, you would have lost most of your skills. And even when you try to apply for other jobs, you won't even feel confident to even apply for it.

If I talk about my last job i.e.in the seller support ,within a very short span of time there have been too much upskilling and no time as such was given to us to learn and grasp the process..It became so fast that while we were accustoming to one skilled another skill for e.g chat was added alongwith email..within one month or so before we could get accustomed to both the skills the third skill phone was added even though in JD only two skills were mentioned. Also recently I feel about the interview process few things need to be changed or keep in mind that is there are some jobs which has it's origin in Bangalore or Hyderabad office but there are some states from where we can work as VCC employees but while taking interview they are asking to go to another state just for interview.I feel it's really very expensive as well as hectic .It would be great if that thing can be changed and interview be taken through video or chime for VCC states.Even though people pass assessments there are many who cannot attend interview just because they need to travel or due to unavoidable circumstances.Otherwise everything is good about this company.

In last 1 year, Amazon has changed entirely. Culture, employee concerned policies and job security has taken a huge toll. Certain teams like that if JWO and Pay has falling culture and mainly driven by few individuals rather then company policies.

...onvincing us. They will not listen to our query at all , very very worst . Please do not apply for this even if your friends recommended it ( they just get bonus when your selected so they’re pushing you to apply ) no csa is happy to work here . All of my friends moved out ( actually they were terminated because of not maintaining the goal )
