In last 1 year, Amazon has changed entirely. Culture, employee concerned policies and job security has taken a huge toll. Certain teams like that if JWO and Pay has falling culture and mainly driven by few individuals rather then company policies.

Leave avalibility. On time salary and other perks like cab and food cards. No calls after shift.

Dislikes

No growth. Politics. Fixed raise. That means no matter how good or bad you work it will be same amount for everyone. Which makes the whole idea of working hard go down. No clear reason as to why you were rejected in ijp exams. No clear visibility of bucketing rank.

Work from home and the number of holidays they give.

Dislikes

No growth, no learnings apart from process related guidelines. Pay is very less, good for 12th pass and undergraduate. Basically good place to start your career, not a place for experienced person in customer service.
