There's nothing. But yes as every human being I also dream of being offered a better pay scale.

Leave avalibility. On time salary and other perks like cab and food cards. No calls after shift.

Dislikes

No growth. Politics. Fixed raise. That means no matter how good or bad you work it will be same amount for everyone. Which makes the whole idea of working hard go down. No clear reason as to why you were rejected in ijp exams. No clear visibility of bucketing rank.

No growth, no learnings apart from process related guidelines. Pay is very less, good for 12th pass and undergraduate. Basically good place to start your career, not a place for experienced person in customer service.

Company is really great , nice work culture, employees are treated with respect, pay us great too, transport and meal facilities are available.jib stability is also there . Everywhere in customer service, there is very less stability. Companies usually do not care for attrition. Because they can hire anyone that do the same job so why would they care about their existing employees with more experience because they would have to pay them more. More often employees are asked to leave as well and are given compliances for silly reason when they have to cut down the work force.

...on will show under consideration for a while and you would not get any response. So if you are a student, it's better to join a company with less pay who hire freshers of your field. I am actually a finance student but I just completed my graduation 1st year and joined Amazon as a customer service executive. I thought that I could get transferred to finance department once my grad. Is complete. I assumed because I would already be an employee so it would be easier for me to change the department in the same company rather than applying for a different one. But it's actually more difficult. Internal transfer requests actually given less priority i think.

Good work experience and culture. The staff are supportive. Skill wise they offers good compensation.

Dislikes

I wouldn't say anything wrong about any reputed company but one thing i would say i don't know why do they hire people on a basis of contract?? It seems like they are just showing to the government that we are hiring candidates in a huge quantities!! Its one of the worst and discusting thing i have ever heard, seen in my life.
