Very well organized even in this work from home situation as a new joiner I didn't feel that much difficulty in understanding the work process. Immediate replies from higher officials made this easy for me to adapt to the work procedures

For testing associate as a engineering student I feel the salary they offered is low, other than this everything is positive

Amazing workplace. There is no restrictions for employees to show off their culture. We get more benefits here as compared to other companies. There is no work pressure here.

The work is too monotonous. Growth is too slow and salary is also sub par especially in GCO. You won't learn anything from this job for your career development. After sometime, you might start feeling that 'What am I doing with my life'? The moment you get this realization, you would have lost most of your skills. And even when you try to apply for other jobs, you won't even feel confident to even apply for it.

At LMAQ, for simple work, they hire at unreasonable rate and after few months work dries up. More head count and less work(mediocre) causes drop in productivity and monthly performance metrics. Soon it becomes a rat race for promotion with little skill development and just numbers.
