Only work is expected for 8 hrs. No space for learning and development of skills. Less salary. Promotion can be expected but not given in years

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

All the members are treated equally and we can easily speak to the leadership team whenever we want.

The hike we're getting is low and the night shift allowance is also less. Also for some process if we decide for internal movement we are not getting hike in the package as both the levels are same It will be helpful if Amazon takes necessary steps on these.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good and bonus every year. Companies takes good care of the employees by arranging excursion once in a quarter and providing annual gifts.

Salary is decent but the appraisal and growth is less. Management doesn't address our issues.

The only thing that I like about Amazon is its work culture. You don't have to stretch unnecessarily even for a day by a minute. The managers are helpful but not pretty much approachable to get real answers.

... leave in the first place which means you are deemed to be working on a 6th Day. Secondly, the pay is really bad given the workload. Internal movement can be very very slow and chances are that you can be in the same role for years and years even if you perform well. Next is the career growth opportunity, hands down, nobody's gonna help you with that. Especially in CS.
