I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. This company is run by it's SPO netambit. Lier people, don't pay the salaries and lie about it. The senior manager Shubhangani Gadhwaly is the cancer over there. No respect for employees at all

if u wont have family and dont happy with salary deduction when target is not meet and very best part if u are ok with work for 30 days of month with outhiliday with3/4 time meeting then it great place to work for

Kindly avoid contractual based jobs as there is no job security. The contract will get renewed twice and after that they will through you away. If you are lucky you may become permanent.
