They push you hard daily to look for a new job. Don't follow the rating they all are manupulated you can try once you make a rating down immediately within few days someone will give good reviews to make them up again

Dislikes

Excessive Micro-Management: The company enforces a culture of constant micro-management, with minimal trust given to employees to perform tasks independently. Favoritism Toward Long-Term Employees: Long-term employees are given preferential treatment, while new joiners face bullying and discrimination from them. Unfair Work Expectations: New employees are forced to come to the office daily, while senior employees are allowed to work remotely or appear only once a month without consequences. Unprofessional HR Behavior: The HR team engages in unnecessary scrutiny of trivial actions, like questioning an employee’s decision to have two cups of tea, which undermines professional credibility and creates a toxic atmosphere. Lack of Proper Facilities: The company lacks basic infrastructure, including private washrooms for employees. Employees are forced to use unhygienic, shared facilities across the building.
